LANDSCAPING CREW
Duties include, but are not limited to: plant installation, landscape prep work, walls, walkways, lawn care and maintenance, etc. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but is a major plus. Reliable transportation and phone are required. Looking for honest, hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our crew.
CREW MANAGER
Experienced landscape professionals will demonstrate safe power equipment and hand tool operations, landscape practices that promote plant health, irrigation repairs and controller programming, shrub pruning, and planting. Duties include, but are not limited to: the overview of the crew and assistance in plant installation, landscape and maintenance, holding the crew accountable for their work and ensuring that a job is completed as promised in the customer's contract, assist in the bidding process and inputs, etc. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for this position: at least 1-2 years experience in landscaping and provide a professional reference of a previous crew leader experience. Reliable transportation and phone are required. Looking for honest, hardworking, dedicated individuals to join and lead our crew and assist the owner.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This position is currently part-time but has the potential to become a full-time Administrative, Clerical, and Marketing Assistant to the Operations Manager position. It requires completing tasks, including but not limited to the following: Answering phone calls, returning phone calls, checking e-mails, scheduling appointments, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, keeping the company's accounting books in order, filing, etc. Extensive computer and software skills, internet research abilities, and strong communication and vocabulary skills are required. Looking for an honest, hardworking and dedicated individual to be one of the most important parts of our company.
